APSC Junior Engineer Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold a three-year diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) from an AICTE-recognised institute. The diploma must be from a regular full-time course; distance education qualifications are not accepted.
- Age limit is 18 to 38 years as on January 1, 2025. Relaxation applies as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 10 years for PwBD, and additional for ex-servicemen up to 42 years for unreserved.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens and domiciled in Assam, with proficiency in the local language as required.
