BPSC Special School Teacher Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have qualified the Bihar Special School Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET) and hold a valid CRR number from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Educational Qualification: For Classes 1-5: Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and D.El.Ed in Special Education from a recognised institute. For Classes 6-8: Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed in Special Education from an RCI-recognised institution, along with six months of training in cross-disability category.
- Age limit: 18 to 37 years as on 01 August 2025, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.
