DMCA Copyright Policy – WifiResult

Effective date: January 15, 2026

wifiresult.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners may report alleged infringement on our site, how we respond to notices, and how users can submit a counter-notice if they believe content was removed in error.

Scope

This policy applies to content hosted or displayed on wifiresult.com (including articles, images, videos, attachments, or other user-submitted material). It is intended to comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws in other jurisdictions.

How to submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on wifiresult.com without authorization, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (e.g., URL(s) on wifiresult.com where the material appears).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit wifiresult.com to contact you (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please send DMCA notices to the following email and postal address (electronic submission is preferred):

DMCA Agent: DMCA Team, WifiResult Email: wifiresult3@gmail.com Mail: WifiResult — DMCA Agent Connaught Place, New Delhi, India

Note: Email is the fastest method. Include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line and provide all required elements in the body of the message.

What happens after we receive a takedown notice?

On receipt of a compliant notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content and provide the user with a copy of the notice (or a summary) and information on how to submit a counter-notice.
  • Log the report and retain records for a reasonable period.

How to submit a Counter-Notice

If you are the content poster and you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which the material appeared before removal (e.g., URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court in the district where your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice), and that you will accept service of process from the notifying party.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notices to: wifiresult3@gmail.com with subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”.

Upon receipt of a proper counter-notice, and unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order, we may restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law (e.g., after 10–14 business days), and will notify both parties of our action.

Repeat infringer policy

We have adopted and reasonably implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate accounts where a user has multiple infringing notices or engages in a pattern of infringing behavior.

Good faith and misrepresentation

Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees). If you knowingly misrepresent a claim, wifiresult.com may pursue any remedies available to it, including legal remedies.
