REET Mains Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Level 1 (Primary): Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with minimum 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or equivalent, plus valid REET qualification.
  • Level 2 (Upper Primary): Graduation degree + 2-year Diploma in Education/B.Ed or equivalent, plus valid REET qualification for relevant subjects.
• Age Limit (as on cut-off date mentioned in notification): Generally 18 to 40 years (relaxations apply as per government rules).
• Mandatory Requirement: Valid REET Eligibility Certificate is compulsory for application and selection.
