How to File a Grievance

Please send an email to wifiresult3@gmail.com with the following details. Incomplete complaints may take longer to process.

  1. Your full name and contact details (email and phone number).
  2. URL(s) of the content you are reporting.
  3. Nature of the issue (e.g., factual error, copyright, trademark, privacy, court order, other).
  4. Detailed description of the grievance and what action you seek (correction, removal, clarification).
  5. Supporting documents/links (e.g., official PDF, ID proof for personal data requests, authorization letters).

Acknowledgement & Timelines

  • We acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24–48 hours on working days.
  • We endeavour to investigate and provide a resolution or update within 15 working days (complex matters may require additional time; you will be informed).
  • For urgent legal notices (e.g., court orders), please mention URGENT in the subject line and attach the order copy.

Content Takedown / Corrections

  • If a factual error is confirmed, we will update the article with a correction note.
  • For copyright/trademark complaints, we may temporarily restrict access while verifying claims.
  • Where appropriate, we will provide clarifications or remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Data & Privacy Requests

For requests related to your personal data appearing on our website, please write to privacy@wifiresult.com with verifiable identification and the exact URL. We will review and respond as per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response, reply on the same email thread stating Escalation. Your request will be reviewed by a senior member of our team.
