BOM Apprentice Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute approved by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
- Age Limit (as on 30 November 2025): Minimum 20 years, Maximum 28 years.
- Mandatory Requirement: Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking) of the state/UT applied for, proven by 10th or 12th standard certificate.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years; OBC - 3 years; PwBD (General/EWS) - 10 years, (OBC) - 13 years, (SC/ST) - 15 years; Ex-Servicemen - Actual service + 3 years (max 50 years); 1984 riot affected - 5 years; Widows/divorced women - Up to 35 (General/EWS), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST).
- Any other official conditions: Candidates must be Indian citizens; no experience required.
