BTSC Work Inspector Mechanical Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th) from a recognized board and ITI certificate in Machinist, Fitter, Wireman, or Electrician trade from a recognized institute.
• Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 37 years for male (unreserved), 40 years for female (unreserved) and BC/EBC, 42 years for SC/ST.
• Mandatory Requirement: Relevant ITI qualification from a regular course.
• Age Relaxation: As per Bihar government rules – extra for reserved categories.
• Any other official conditions: Candidates must be Indian citizens and fulfill physical standards if required.
