CSB Scientist B Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification — B.E./B.Tech in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering & Fiber Science from a recognized university. Mandatory valid GATE 2025 score in Textile Engineering & Fiber Science (TF) paper conducted by IIT Roorkee.
• Age Limit — Maximum 35 years as on 18 February 2026.
• Mandatory Requirement (e.g. valid PET score) — Valid GATE 2025 score in relevant discipline.
• Age Relaxation (brief) — SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years; PwBD: 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST); Ex-Servicemen & Government Servants: As per Government of India norms.
