HPRCA JOA Salary 2026

HPRCA JOA Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: 10+2 from recognized Board/University or Matriculation with one/two-year Diploma in IT/ITES from ITI, or three-year Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT from Polytechnic.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2026
• Mandatory Requirement: Computer typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories domiciled in Himachal Pradesh, and for HP Govt employees/Ex-servicemen
• Any other official conditions: Knowledge of HP customs and dialects desirable; must have studied in HP institutions (relaxed for bonafide Himachalis)

1. Computer Based Test/Written screening test (120 marks, 1.5 hours)
2. Qualifying Typing Test
3. Final: Merit-based shortlisting and verification
