HPRCA Teacher Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: For English Teacher: M.A. in English with at least 50% marks in Graduation and B.Ed with English as a compulsory subject. Minimum 55% marks in English at Graduation level. For SC/ST/OBC: 45% in Graduation/B.Ed and 50% in English. For Mathematics Teacher: M.A./M.Sc. in Mathematics with at least 50% marks in Graduation and B.Ed with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Minimum 55% marks in Mathematics at Graduation level. For SC/ST/OBC: 45% in Graduation/B.Ed and 50% in Mathematics.
• Age Limit: 25 to 45 years as on February 21, 2026.
• Mandatory Requirement: Relevant B.Ed qualification as specified.
• Age Relaxation: No age relaxation for any category.
• Any other official conditions: Candidates should be familiar with Himachal Pradesh customs and dialects.
