HPSC HCS Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: 18 to 42 years as on 01 January 2026 (for DSP: 18 to 27 years).
• Mandatory Requirement: Certificates must be issued on or before closing date.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/BC of Haryana, disabled persons, wives of disabled military personnel, widows/divorced women, unmarried women; additional for DSP categories.
• Any other official conditions: Physical standards for DSP posts - Male: Height 170.18 cm, Chest 83.82 cm (expanded 87.63 cm); Female: Height 157.50 cm.
