India Post GDS Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects) from a recognized Board.
• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (as on the last date of application submission).
• Mandatory Requirement: Knowledge of local language of the postal circle; basic computer training certificate of at least 60 days duration.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years; PWD: 10 years; PWD + SC/ST: 15 years; PWD + OBC: 13 years; Ex-Servicemen: as per rules.
• Any other official conditions: Candidates must furnish a valid Aadhaar number; no prior experience required.
