Indian Navy SSC Officer Eligibility Criteria

• Education: You need a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks in a relevant discipline. Some branches accept MSc/M.Tech/MBA (first class) for specific roles.
• Age: You should be born between January 2, 2002, and July 1, 2008, but this can vary by branch—pilots, for example, have slightly different age cutoffs.
• Other Musts: You have to be unmarried, have at least 60% in both Class X and XII (and 60% in English for some branches), no backlogs, and you need to meet Indian Navy medical standards.
• Perks: If you have an NCC ‘C’ certificate with at least a ‘B’ grade, you get a 5% relaxation in cutoff marks.
• Other rules: You need to be an Indian citizen (or meet government rules), have equivalence for foreign degrees, and meet fitness standards for specific roles like submariner or RPA. No drug use allowed.
