OPSC AAO Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture [B.Sc. (Ag.)] or Horticulture [B.Sc. (Hort.)] from any University or Institution recognized by the Government of India or any State Government.
• Age Limit (as on 1st January 2026): 21 to 42 years.
• Mandatory Requirement: Must be able to read, write and speak Odia language. Candidate must be a citizen of India and of sound health.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates; 10 years for PwD candidates; up to 15 years cumulative for PwD belonging to reserved categories.
• Any other official conditions as per the notification, including no more than one spouse living and NOC for government employees.
