OPSC OCS Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university or institution.
• Age Limit (as on cut-off date mentioned in noti): 21 to 42 years as on 01 January 2025 (born not earlier than 02 January 1983 and not later than 01 January 2004).
• Mandatory Requirement: Ability to read, write, and speak Odia; must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as language subject or equivalent.
• Age Relaxation (brief): 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen; 10 years for PwD; cumulative as per rules.
• Any other official conditions: Must be a citizen of India and of good character.
