TGTRANSCO Apprentices Recruitment 2026 Overview

Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited (TGTRANSCO) has released the official notification for engagement of 250 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1973. This includes 125 Graduate Apprentices and 125 Technician (Diploma) Apprentices across core engineering branches. Selected candidates will receive structured one-year training at the Corporate Training Institute in Hyderabad with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹17,500. There is no written exam or interview – selection is purely merit-based. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders (2023–2025 pass-outs) to gain hands-on experience in a reputed state power transmission utility. Applications have started from 20 February 2026 through the NATS portal.

TGTRANSCO Apprentices Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification – Graduate Apprentices: Full-time Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant branch (EEE, ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, IT) from a recognized University. – Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant branch (DEE, DECE, DME, DCE, DCSE) from a recognized Board/University. – Candidates must have passed in 2023, 2024 or 2025 only.
• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years completed (no upper age limit mentioned).
• Mandatory Requirement: Must have valid NATS enrolment number with 100% completed profile and active Aadhaar-linked DBT bank account.
• Age Relaxation: As per Apprentices Act & TGTRANSCO rules (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD).
• Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training anywhere or have more than 1 year job experience are not eligible.

• Login with your NATS credentials.
