UP Police Constable Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years for male candidates; 18 to 28 years for female candidates (as on July 1, 2025).
• Mandatory Requirement: Indian citizenship and good moral character.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh; applicable for ex-servicemen and other categories as per rules.
• Any other official conditions: Must meet physical measurement standards and efficiency tests as specified in the notification.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

This involves measurements for height, chest (for males), and weight (for females). There is no relaxation in physical standards except for specified categories.
