PSSSB ADA Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, it is essential that the candidate has passed Punjabi at the Matriculation level or its equivalent.
• Age Limit: As of January 1, 2026, the applicant must be between 18 and 37 years of age.
• Mandatory Requirement: Enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council is necessary. Candidates must provide valid proof of their educational credentials during the scrutiny phase.
• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is applicable as per Punjab Government norms: 5 years for SC/BC of Punjab, and up to 45 years for State/Central Government employees.
• Nationality / Domicile: Applicants must be citizens of India. While candidates from other states may apply under the General category, reservation benefits are strictly reserved for those holding a valid Punjab Domicile.

PSSSB ADA Selection Process 

• Stage 1: Written Competitive Examination (Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions).
• Stage 2: Mental Ability and Language Proficiency Test (Qualifying Nature).
• Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) for shortlisted candidates.
• Final Merit / Document Verification: The final merit list will be prepared solely on the marks obtained in the main written examination.
